The Truth About Leadership by James M. Kouzes and Barry Z. Kouzes is a book designed to cut through the clutter and help readers understand what matters the most in leadership. This book was recommended to me by my mentor. This book presents questions and provides answers relevant to leadership without any excess. It is a quick read with plenty of good information.
